Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We hiked the beautiful trails near Shasta and explored the historic sites nearby. The cozy room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette. Just know it's in a pretty quiet, rural area, but perfect for relaxing. Can't wait to come back!
The only downside was coming out to find a flat tire in the morning, which was a bit stressful. Thankfully, the staff were super accommodating and helped me out while I waited for help.

We had a fantastic stay in the cozy quad room, enjoying the recreational room with pool and the lovely yard where we grilled burgers. Relaxing by the fire pit under the stars was a highlight, and the whole place had a great vibe for families. The price for a midweek stay did seem a bit high, but overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d recommend bringing your own grill tools! 😊

I loved the kitchenette that let us cook our meals and the nostalgic vibe of the room brought back great memories. The grill area was a bonus for some evening fun.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Lake Shasta Lodge. The cozy room had a lovely mountain cottage feel. The view of Lake Shasta was stunning. The owner treated us like family, creating a warm atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very accommodating. One issue I encountered was the size of the shower. it felt cramped. Additionally, the coffee maker had not been cleaned properly, which was disappointing for a place that felt otherwise welcoming. Despite that, I appreciated the strong water pressure and the kitchenette, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay.

The room was cozy with a nice mountain cottage feel. I really liked the little kitchenette and the strong water pressure in the shower. There were some cleanliness issues though, like the coffee maker not being cleaned properly. Also, we found a bit of hair in the bathroom and on the bedspread, which wasn't great.

A decent place for a solo traveler
The staff were very courteous, and the gentleman who checked me in was super nice, helping me navigate the tricky parking. The room had this quaint feeling to it, which felt like a little escape from the harshness of reality for a night.
Not exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
